These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MaheeirX services, websites, and applications (“Service”). By creating an account, installing the app, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally competent to enter into this agreement. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Paid plans, renewals, and any free trials are described at checkout. Charges are billed in advance in the currency shown. Trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Taxes may apply.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your plan may limit the number of simultaneous streams and registered devices. Using VPNs, proxies, account sharing outside your household, or automated access that circumvents these limits is prohibited.
Content libraries, channels, features, and supported devices may vary by region and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Some content is provided via third-party integrations/players.
You agree not to: (a) copy, record, rebroadcast, or redistribute the Service or its content; (b) reverse engineer or tamper with the app; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) infringe third-party rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
You are responsible for using official download links and keeping the app updated. Do not install modified builds. We may suspend access to protect security or prevent misuse.
MaheeirX trademarks, logos, and UI are owned by or licensed to us. All content available through the Service is the property of its respective owners and protected by applicable laws.
The Service may interoperate with third-party apps, players, or payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party terms, policies, or outages.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaheeirX and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel anytime from your account settings or via support; cancellations are effective at the end of the paid period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
